The Role
As our Lead Account Manager, youll take ownership of client campaigns and are expected to communicate clearly with the team.

Your day-to-day will consist of:

  • Monitoring & reporting on Meta performance
  • Manage Google Ads accounts for clients
  • Launching & monitoring creative/ad copy tests
  • Optimizing account performance
  • Develop strategies for how to grow accounts and drive better results
  • Work with the operations team to refine and improve our PPC processes
  • Helping with copywriting ideation (our copywriter will write the final copy)
  • Help with creative ideation (our graphic designer will produce the final creatives)

Tech Stack: Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Optmyzr, Gmail, Drive, Slack.You Are:

  • Experienced: 2-3 years in PPC roles with a proven track record of success.
  • Strategic & Data-Driven: Confident in campaign setup, optimization, and analysis.
  • Proven Track Record: You have a proven track record of driving results with Google & Meta Ads
  • Excellent Communicator: Top-notch client-facing and internal team communication skills both in English and Spanish.
  • Detail-Oriented & Self-Motivated: You thrive in a results-driven, fast-paced environment.
  • Growth-Minded: Excited to share your knowledge and are eager to help your fellow LAMs.
  • Critical Thought: The process of analyzing and evaluating information in order to form a well-reasoned judgment.
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager: Experience with setting up conversion tracking utilizing GTM is considered a big asset.
  • Organized: You’re capable of juggling multiple projects/clients at once & are skilled in time management and self-directed work
